HEIRS (Movie)

HEIRS is a new independent film by Sascha Justwhich explores the Crescent City’s heritage of racist injustices and the roots of its famous arts. An important character of the documentary is the musical soundtrack composed by jazz musician extraordinaire Jason Marsalis, who is also featured in the movie. We designed the artwork for the soundtrack album—Heirs of the Crescent City—as well as the press kit for the movie, using period typographic style and stills from the movie, to merge the past with the present.
